Our self-storage clients have kept us very busy! We have designed, developed and delivered a wide range of training and support for owners, operators and vendors across the USA. Several of our clients have expanded their self-storage operations to Europe and Asia, proving that there is a tremendous vitality and resilience in the industry. Our experience in the self-storage industry started at StorageUSA over ten years ago when Hal Moore came on board to manage the training for that company’s 200 facilities on the East Coast. A few years later Moore Creative Concepts was born and since 2005, many key figures in the self-storage industry have called upon our resource team to deliver everything from writing training manuals to building entire training programs and learning infrastructures.
Our core clients in the self-storage industry represent a thriving segment of the business. All told, our key clients own or manage 1188 facilities with a total of over 82 million square feet of self-storage space. In 2007 our clients’ 750,846 units have brought in an estimated $517 million in revenue. Over the last three years our presentations and programs have earned an approval rating of over 97% from participants. We are convinced that the learning programs and materials we have provided for their businesses play an important role in their customer service, sales and operational success.
