These are just some of the people who will be working on the front lines
and behind the scenes… The Resource Team!

Hal Moore– is the principle designer for the learning and development materials, coach and process builder. Hal’s experience spans military and government communications, consumer electronics, commercial real estate and most recently as a National Director at one of GE’s commercial real estate divisions – StorageUSA. Cooking, cinema, basketball and music top his personal passions. In 2008 the motto for Moore Creative Concepts is "From New York to California and Beyond - One Goal - Excellence!" Maintaining quality relationships and delivering the highest quality materials for our clients is goal number ONE!


Dave Moore– is our graphics designer and creative resource manager.  After attending MIT, Dave has been a working for City Year in Boston and Little Rock, Arkansas. His innovative approach has contributed to great increases in the test scores of the students in the program.  Dave's graphics expertise and design skills have figured prominently in conferences conducted by clients such as Extra Space Storage and U-STORE-IT as well as the graphics work he performs in-house for Moore Creative Concepts.

Kate Jensen
– earned her master’s degree in education and spent several years as a teacher and team leader working with learning disabilities. Her expertise in difficult learning environments when applied to our clients’ needs produce learning products that are very adaptive and interactive. Kate is a Philadelphia sports fanatic and loves country music.Throughout 2006, Kate conducted a telephone coaching and survey program for MCC in the NYC, NJ and Florida markets.  Participants got a lot from the interaction and Kate had a definite impact on performance in those markets for our clients.

Garry Merritt   a partner at Proven Management Services, has over 17 years of successful operations and management experience.  From the Midas retail division to StorageUSA and General Electric Commercial Real Estate, he has been recognized repeatedly as a strategic business and sales leader. In the role of Senior District Manager and Regional Manager, he has been responsible for hundreds of millions of  dollars of real estate assets and revenue, as well as a staff of 80 employees.  Garry is an avid muscle car fan and loves fishing.  You can find out more about his venture by going to:  www.wildwoodwalk.com


Bob Stickle– if it uses electricity Bob can fix it and make it better.  Bob is a retired telecommunications engineer and trainer for communication systems. He adds his expertise to the resource team via his technical systems knowledge, programming and presentation skills. Bob's years with Bell Labs (now Alcatel-Lucent) and AT&T (now at&t) gave him a wide range of experience in training both managers and senior staff.  His work in fiber optics is widely respected throughout the communications industry. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Bob loves music and travel.

Meg Moore– is the brains and heart of our operations and logistics. By day she runs the operations of an international law office for the government – for us she coordinates deliverables, controls the quality of materials and manages client services. Meg also supervises our participation in several quality control programs focused on fair housing and customer service in the retail and restaurant industries.Meg is a graduate of the University of  Virginia and supports many outreach programs for women, minorities and immigrants. She is a highly skilled piano player and singer.


Rhonda Stein
– is our expert on project management, database development and training.  She has held executive positions in the banking and telecommunications fields. As  Director of Training at one of GE’s commercial real estate divisions, she designed several programs to improve learning and development. Rhonda is an accomplished office and home interior/exterior designer and has started her own firm. She has completed several projects for medical and dental firms in Virginia as well as residential projects.  You can contact Rhonda at rstein@innervisiondesigns.net
